They can be pulling very important people out of positions at certain companies.

Well, headhunters are really primarily focused on a really special or specific job.
Recruiters tend to work with multiple people at the same time.
Headhunters will really hone in on a particular job that they've been hired by a company to fill.
So they're really primarily working for the company and they're looking for someone that they can place into that job.
And oftentimes they're trying to pull somebody out of a job where they're already employed.
A headhunter is a worker for companies that it does tend to be on the higher end of employment.
So C-suite type jobs, but it's not always strictly for that level of hire.
There are people that span mid to early career, but it does tend to be around in the C-suite level.
So they're looking for high performers.
They're working for a company that's trying to fill some of those high level jobs and
They kind of go by recruiter, but when you're working with someone who's really kind of specifically focused on a single job, it's kind of by nature of the business, they do refer to it as a headhunter.
Professionally, they may be going by recruiter, but most people refer to them as headhunters, colloquially.
Yeah, it's really incumbent upon companies to think about what motivates people.
And I think people are motivated by different things.
Some people are motivated by money.
Some people are motivated by title.
