Some people are motivated by perks or flexibility.

It's always different.

And I don't think it's one size fits all.

So companies really kind of have to get into the head of these high-level people to really find out what makes them tick, what's going to keep them in those jobs.

And it's very difficult.

I don't think it's always the same case.

It's different with everyone.

But they really need to kind of do their homework, understand, and get to know those people really well to know what's going to keep them there.

That's a really great point.

Yeah, they can be disruptive.

They can be pulling very important people out of positions at certain companies, high impact people moving from one company to another.

It makes a big difference in the marketplace.

Something you need to keep in mind when you're working with a headhunter, I would say, is sometimes they may be working with a troublesome position that they're trying to fill.

So it's not always that it's an ideal job that you'll want to be jumping into.

It might be that the situation is really difficult for them to fill the job because the boss may be very difficult to work with.

The responsibilities for the job are very tricky.

You may have certain aspects of the job that it may not always be attractive, which means a headhunter has to really do an excellent sales job for that position.

So you really need to ask a lot of questions to the headhunter and really get to the bottom of what they're trying to do with this particular role.

But keep in mind, the client for the headhunter primarily is the employer, not the person they're seeking to fill the job.

You know, it's difficult to find headhunters if you're looking for a job.
