And at the end of the day, housing is cyclical.

Cyclical industries have washouts.

It feels like this is a bit of a washout.

And when there's a washout, it's leveraged players that get hit first.

Looks like Bathler, it's the big one that's taking the hit right now.

It's very interesting this is happening outside of the banking system in an unregulated part of the lending market.

I think if this was happening inside the banks, everyone would be a bit more calm about it right now.

Now, just because they'd be more confident they know the extent of what's going to happen.

So it's an sort of unknown element here.
