At a point I tried to just play it off by being confident.

I think at USA Nats I was like, Oh, I'm confident.

But really I I worked against myself.

And yesterday I let myself be nervous.

I let myself turn that nervousness and anxiety into excitement.

Um and obviously, you know, that sport psychology aspect of it.

Once I handled that and I fully embraced myself yesterday, it's just everything fell into place.

Yeah, it it was yesterday was perfect.

I'm so happy about it.

I'm elated.

I'm I can't wait to train.
