So again, like how severe is that?
Well, if it's one data point,

And he just like misspoke.
OK, if there's multiple times where he did it and he's trying to downplay the lavishness, the castle being built for kings with three billion dollars of money, then that's a different thing.
Was he trying to mislead?
Was it intentional?
Was it a misspeak?
I mean, there's a lot of details here.
But the reason why I come back to is did he mislead Congress is a pretty important point or a question that I don't hear a lot of people talking about.
Mislead and lie are, you know, two different extremes.
Again, I don't envy the people who are going to have to figure this out.
I have the amazing experience.
ability and enjoyment of being a Monday morning quarterback on this.
I get to watch what happens and then I get to talk about it.
So I'm not trying to position myself as an expert of the law.
I'm not trying to say that I understand the difference between misleading and lying according to how the courts will look at it or the Department of Justice.
I'm not even saying that if I was Jerome Powell in this situation, what I would have done, would I have responded?
