I've seen people talk on social media.

I've seen the media write articles about, you know, how did the pardon come together?

Or like, you know, how much discretion is it like a unilateral decision from the president versus there's like a process and some sort of recommendation that happens from whether it's staff, administration, DOJ or somebody like that?
