There is so much help available.
There is no shame in asking for help because none of us can do this alone.
we're all in this together, you know, it also helps the helper.
So there's no power dynamic effectively, and there shouldn't be.
The helper is being helped by being of service, so you're helping me stay in recovery.
And also for the helpers out there, don't be afraid, if you see it, to go and just give yourself.
You never know who you may speak to that, you know, I didn't know if I should be brave enough to just go and make a conversation.
