I can only reflect on a bit of my personal experience.

Patience, very difficult because in some ways I feel like life or death situations and quite relatively.

So I would say be open, let them know that you're available and here.

Often for someone that is an active person,

that's easy to they've already got some sort of defense up really what they're different yeah so just be be patient and just let them know that they're they're there you're there and whatever it's a gentle approach it's a gentle approach and um

It's like the river always finds its way back to the body of ocean.

It's a big pool of love that you've got to draw on.

So I would say that would be it really.

Be patient.

What's your life like now, bro?

It's amazing.

And look, there's still things I'm working on, like little minor things, like, you know.

But they're far from major.

I feel I enjoy being of service.

That's a healing.

I'm grateful.

I would never have got to spend time with my father in those courses had I stayed the course.
