So, and we had a big four or five-car garage at the farmhouse, so we could just keep everything there.

I buy a lot of used things on uh Yahoo Auction and Mercari uh from old showrooms.

So you can whenever a good unit comes up and you can buy it like a really high end.

I bought a kitchen for a new project that we have next to SkyTree.

Um and yeah, you buy it at 10% of what it would cost brand new for like beautiful wooden cabinets and from Cucina.

Okay.

So it's the yeah, the most high end unit here in Japan and you you buy it for basically peanuts.

So you save a lot of time and like it takes a little bit of time to source these things.

But when you know the size of things that you want, I look at these auction sites maybe once or twice a week.

Uh when something good comes up you think about it for a day or two and then I usually like to put my bid in.

But after about one and a half or two months of working with the Japani Waterfall House, we went to

Pick up some things at the farmhouse.

And I I went there and I realized that uh someone had uh been inside my house.

So we had uh theft going on.

They stole all my tools and they stole other valuables inside.

We didn't have that many supervaluable things.

But

Yeah.

And at that moment I I just knew, okay, I have to let it go.
