So all the projects that we started in Tokyo, I finished them beautifully.

And then when we were done with that, we jumped on Japandi Waterfall House.

When Tokyo life got too busy.

And I think that's probably a good learning for many viewers as well, because I don't have a full-time job.

I have the time and somehow the expertise.

I speak Japanese.

And I could dedicate a lot of time into like reviving these and make these big houses beautiful.

You buy them cheap, you can renovate them at somehow on on a cheap budget.

If you would ask a company to do this, they would probably charge you two or three times what it costs me to to make them beautiful.

At the same time there was also something this house, the farmhouse, was abandoned for about ten years.

And I bought it, I started working on it, I fixed the emergency stuff, but then I left it abandoned too.

So it was it's like an unfinished

There was something inside of me that didn't like it.

But I just kept it there.

So I I basically bought a house and then I made it into a another Akia, basically.

But when Japand Waterfall House started, we worked on it for maybe a month or one and a half month, and we used that house as a storage.

So whenever we bought big material and stuff, we could store things there.

They're about forty five minutes away from each other.

But Tokyo, like there's no space in Tokyo at all.

Oh, super expensive.
