Financial restraints as well.
It's gotten a lot more expensive just the past year or two.
But two years ago I think we finished that house with uh about fifty thousand dollars in budget just for the renovation, which is like not with my time included.
I I worked on that one with my carpenter Kazuki-san, who's a phenomenal carpenter.
Like he's so like who cares about the small details and the Japanese craftsmanship.
Um and just like building these Sashimono, the old Miyadai.
Yeah, the traditional temple carpenter joints.
Um so that was the first project that we we really documented it from the beginning till the end.
And that became kind of a
milestone in a way for me to learn how to document a process while building it as well.
After that we we have renovated.
I don't know how much you follow 'cause we we build a lot of things that are not actively shown as well. 'Cause you can only I think social media is
People are people people don't have an attention span anymore.
And the more you make it complicated,
the less people understand.
So I try to talk to my viewers as like anyone can watch it, even if you're ten years old, fifteen, twenty, thirty, forty, fifty.
Like it should be easy to understand.
Exactly.
But that's usually a project that I care a lot about.
What I realized now we renovated a Japanese waterfall house.
