building this house that you want to be proud of and then you're kind of unhappy with the flooring material or the wall material and and that that's a little thing that I probably wouldn't be able to let go, if that makes sense.

We gotta we gotta solve some management things when it comes to like cleaning and property management.

But we're we're working towards it.

So it will be available for rental from uh end of June is the plan.
