And I I've toured hundreds, maybe maybe a thousand apartments or houses at this stage, but

And I really like the idea of like how can I turn this in my case like run down space into something cool and something that I can be proud of and something that feels representable for what I stand for and my values in a

And then the more you touch and the more you demolish and the more you do research, things change all the time.
Including the purchase cost, we spent about a hundred thousand dollars taking Japandi Waterfall House from completely abandoned, filled with treasures and trash, into a livable nature retreat eighty minutes from Tokyo, next to Chiba's biggest waterfall house.
And that's a hundred thousand dollars, which is a lot of money, but
Paradise.
We have a creek in the garden, we have a little waterfall that we just revived.
I haven't really showed it online just yet.

There's uh there's a well that goes twenty meter da like underground and then pumps water up.
We redid the entire uh water treatment system in the garden.
Getting permits for that was was a pain as well.
So I think we spent about ten million in total on the renovation, with my time counted as zero basically.
