I think this is something that the viewers might learn a lot about because you see these listings online, these gorgeous big Japanese cominkas with in my case it was a hundred and ten year old cominka, two hundred and fifty square meters big on a huge plot of land next to the ri uh next to the ocean in Chiba Prefecture.
So from Sangjaya where I live, uh it was about

has this culture of tearing down a perfectly fine house and instead of renovating it, which to me is kind of crazy.
