It's changing slowly, like with the rising real estate prices and rising construction costs.

So people are learning how to do it, but

But the average knowledge about renovation is fairly low.

So we've been helping out a lot of uh Japanese real estate companies and designers with uh renovation, which is a lot of fun too.

Yeah, I can imagine.

Creating is the most fun thing with with renovation.

Exactly.

So we um we emptied the trash and uh

Yeah, sold what we could, but most of it was just throwing things away.

And it's just an endless money pit.

Just throwing things away is expensive, demolishing, then building it up again.

So we got a quote on uh just throwing the things away before renovation had started.

And that quote was the same amount of the price that we purchased the house and the land for.

So about two million yen just to throw things away and then renovation could start.

US dollars.

Exactly.

So just to throw away the garbage.

And then you have a kind of a clean slate, and then demolition is starting.

And then design and like buying things and everything started.
