So I think we're like now, I'm speaking from my experience with Japan the Waterfall House, but with my experience now, I think that project would have landed me at about 20 million yen.

And then the maintenance.

It's a two thousand square meter big garden.

And

I went there like once a month and every time I went there the garden was completely overgrown.

And just yeah, work on the garden basically.

So at the end uh I left the house completely like we fixed the water leaks and everything that was kind of urgent, and then my Tokyo life just got too busy.

Um I started kind of documenting that process also on YouTube and people were a little bit

annoyed and upset and a little bit disappointed, I would say, that I kind of left it as it was.

But I left it in a very clean slate.

And that was about the time when uh the broker that I purchased the house from reached out and asked me if I wanted to buy Japanti Waterfall House.

And I went there.

Gorgeous place next to Awamata waterfall in Chiba.

She she just called me out of nowhere and said

Yeah, Anton, I've found a place that I know you want to buy.

It says your name on the roof.

Kind of does.

Okay, w what is it?

I'm not really looking for a house.

I'm just too busy with the the previous house you sold me and my Tokyo projects.
