That was a very insightful overview of what we're trying to achieve here.
Dundalgan Mound Fort, it's where Dundalk takes its name from.
And Dundalgan is a protected national monument.
So, you know, we had an incredible gathering of people yesterday.
We were trying to raise more awareness of
people getting their submissions in to Lowth County Council that is now going to go towards Bore Planola.
And actually a lot of people didn't realise that this land had already been rezoned and we'd already had our first round of submissions, if you like, into Lowth County Council earlier on this year.
And thankfully they weren't satisfied with the original application.
So we have this additional chance now to protect this
this heritage of ours, it's incredible to think that the proposals that, you know, if you're talking about somewhere like Newgrange or Hill of Tara, we wouldn't entertain this and we have to protect this now.
