No, I think that's actually a really lovely option.
So again, if we keep the portion size right and just a crack of salt, flavor is so important to feel satisfied after we eat something.
So if that increases the flavor and we're not adding like copious amounts, then it's a really lovely thing to do.
So you feel more satisfied and you're maybe not reaching for another snack again in half an hour or such.
So the way I would often approach it when I'm speaking to clients in in clinic is really firstly finding what's very practical for them, which also kind of aligns with the advice that's being given with maybe not having the vast majority of food coming in the evening, which can certainly happen in this country.
So it's finding what fits into their current day-to-day um and finding a routine.
Routine can be so powerful.
powerful.
And as you said there as well, it can be down to the length of time left between meals as well.
So if it's a case where we're struggling to find a routine that doesn't have, say, a big long
Seven hour gap between whether it's
That's one of the really key practicalities we'd often address first.
Yeah, and again, it's really down to the individual.
And that's something that we always need to bear in mind that when an individual is sitting in front of us, what suits them best.
And as as kind of was mentioned, if there are maybe slight improvements that can be made, doing it on a very kind of gradual basis.
So I wouldn't be suggesting for her she now has to have dinner at whatever it was, three or four thirty in the day, but whether it could be something a bit more practical like having a structure or routine.
Of a breakfast, lunch, and dinner that's maybe even just relatively more equal size.
Often what happens in an Ireland, I find, anyway, is we have a smallish breakfast, a middle-in lunch, and then a much bigger evening meal.
Even if we start off by shifting that a little bit, front loading the day a bit more, but just even having a balanced um breakfast that's a relatively similar size to the lunchtime meal.
And then that in itself will mean that.
