And that means going out of your comfort zone.

So, yeah, like I think I have kind of been challenged when I'm over at Quinn's.

The girls there kind of see the game differently as well, which is really interesting to learn from, whether it was like the Kiwis or whether it's, I don't know, the Italians or whatever it is.

They all see the game slightly differently.

So I think that's been really interesting to learn.

I think moving across was obviously a massive decision.

Like you said, leaving a contract, going across for less money, moving universities, moving to a place where I'm not familiar with.

I've never even been to Guildford before I went over.

Then you're with a group of people that I don't really know because you'd play against them obviously in Six Nations and

You'd meet a lot of them and you'd kind of become friendly, true to Six Nations.

But yeah, like I wouldn't have known any of them personally.

So, yeah, it was it was a huge move.

But I think it's just made me better as a player and a person, to be honest.

Yeah, I'm sure I'm only 23.

So there's loads of time left, hopefully.

university sports university so that's where you're doing your physiotherapy that studies are good yeah yeah I moved across uh from UCD to St Mary's and thankfully it's all gone kind of smoothly um I think like because the the university is so kind of sports focused that kind of thing like every Wednesday is off so it means that I have a big study day um or I've just a recovery day then too because it's a day off from training

If you stay in bed and watch Netflix... No, I definitely don't do that.
