Yeah, study day, analysis day, recovery day, all that kind of crack.
And yeah, then just back into it, but...
Yeah, like they're long days because like lectures are like six hours in total.
And like I'm up at six o'clock, go to the gym, be in Twickenham for whatever, nine o'clock and then study and then go straight back to Guildford to train and that kind of thing.
But yeah, I love it.
I think it's a really good mix.
And then I have Wednesday to kind of just get everything nailed down or the weekend as well.

I do love a nap sometimes though.
I'm sure the Quinn's girls will tell you that too.
But yeah, I feel like you got to recharge battery somehow.
But yeah, no, I wouldn't be known to sit still.
yeah well like I think like obviously when you're in class and that kind of thing like with physio sometimes it's a bit practical as well because you do different tests or different exercises that sort of thing like one day they had us doing basically like a Zumba class which was very interesting I couldn't do a lot of the exercises because I was so broken after playing a match but

Like I think you got to just learn to combine things as well, whether it's, I don't know, you're sitting on Normatex, which are compression boots and you're doing an asses or I don't, you just, when you're eating your food, you just watch something, whether it's an asses or whether it's a bit of study or whether you're on a bike and you start listening to a lecture, like it's, it's just different ways of combining things.
