He's very accountable.

He's very realistic and present.

He's very forward thinking.

He's not the type of guy who really dwells on the past.

So knowing all of that, I would just bring them into the office with Tyler Rogers, Louis Varland, Fish, Fluarty, and just say, Hey, we're going to be a lot more flexible in our approach late in games.
