Yeah, I know.

I think that it is going to be it's going to have a dramatic effect when Alejandro Kirk is back in particular, just because that's where like the biggest drop off has come.

But I think having George Springer back atop the lineup, even though he obviously is not 100%, does a lot just in terms of quality of plate appearance.

And just in terms of seeing pitches and setting a tone and just making life more difficult for the opposition starter.

And by all reports, Addison Barger has just been tearing it up on his rehab and is ready and raring to go.

So if anything, I think he might've needed a little bit of break after scuffling and slumping early in the season.

And if he can come back and like, remember, this is a guy who had like 20 homers last year.

If he can come back and start leaving the yard, like that's exactly what the Blue Jays need.

And that's what they're not getting right now from a guy like Jesus Sanchez, who they've been counting on to do that in his place and the cleanup spot.

So I think that of the three silver linings that,

this year's record being the same as last year's, the rest of the American League being mid, and the Blue Jays getting back some of their core pieces, the core pieces is the most meaningful one.

Silver lining, the Los Angeles Angels are coming to town this weekend, and they are one of the few teams in the American League that has performed worse than the Toronto Blue Jays.

That is a true silver lining, and that is something that we should discuss on the other side of the break, as well as some injury updates from down at the Trop.
