And I looked and I saw that number and I just, I started running for my life.
Oh, you were a runner.
Oh, I started running, walking, teaming up with different trainers and all kinds of things.
Yeah, now I'm getting back into it again, hiking, running.
How much, like, how many miles do you run a day?
So, oh, definitely not a day.
I would like to get there, but a few times a week, I like to run 20 minutes straight.
And I do about three miles, or two miles of cardio.
No, at least three miles of cardio in general, yeah.
That's really, really good, girl.
I cannot run 20 minutes straight to save my life.
