I just have to condition myself, though.
So it starts off with, like, five minutes, and then you'll realize once you're at five minutes, I could go five more, or I could go five more, unless you really can't, like, stop, pause.
But, yeah, it gets easier.
Yeah, that's what I try to do.
I try to do five minis.
Like, I'll run, then I'll walk five minis, run, then walk five minis.
It's a HIIT workout at that point, you know?

Are you the kind of person, because obviously you're a singer as well, like, when you get on the treadmill or whenever you're running, you, like, sing while you do it to help with your breath?
