So one of the things we found is that some disorders, for example, ADHD is an extreme version.
Of one process of how people get clarity.
And another case of that one, we it's called chaotic processing, which basically nothing is connected.
You get clarity through action and you start kind of moving and shaping and reshaping as you go along.
And of course, people judge you as changing your mind because they don't understand what you're doing, but you think you're not doing it.
You're not changing your mind.
You're just shape, reshaping.
Shaping it, right?
And so then you get this the uh this process by which because nothing is connected, you can have these ideas like, oh, hey, I just saw a spoon.
I have an idea for a new app.
Okay.
And and bec and and you create these things from nothing.
Now, the other another type of process is called linear processing.
And this is how and and this process, the extreme.
Would be OCD.
Okay.
And it's how it works through structure.
You get clarity through structure.
If there's no structure, you get a little bit frustrated to, you know, or but you got to create the structure to get clarity.
And of course, that's the opposite of like the first one, because like the first one, you need to take action to get clarity.
