What does it mean to build a sustainable organizational culture from the bottom up?
The next question to ask is how am I affecting people now? If I understand myself, I understand who I am in relation to the group dynamics, now I'll be able to see the effect that I am having on these people. And also, more importantly, the effect that those people are having on me. Because once I go into to the environment, I can see, ah, okay, this person is, you know, doing this, this person's doing that. And and we can we can literally It we in in a seven-minute interview, if we interviewed a team, we can literally predict what will happen within that team. Who will be motivated, who will be unmotivated, and everything. By having that awareness, that's the first part. Of course, understanding why that's happening.
Why are you being affected? Why are they being affected with your way of doing things? Now, once you have that awareness, then Then you can create your own ideal leadership identity based on who you actually are rather than trying to emulate somebody else.

Wow. Well, there, you know, m it is a well known fact that people that are totally screwed up seek psychology to basically find a way to fix themselves in the process of, you know, becoming, you know, psychologists or uh motivational speakers or whatever. So I am no different in that respect. So I I used to be a disturbed child. And uh Having but a very ambitious disturbed child. So uh the uh even from university, I got a whole bunch of university students together to come to try to create this uh AI type of automobile with the technology of the time.
