The biggest mistake is leadership thinking they know better than the people and trying to impose their culture on.
Now, I'm not saying you shouldn't have certain elements of certain principles and uh and and branding guidelines of what you're about.
Okay, those are important.
The certain values are definitely important.
But to tell people, be like this, do that, be like that, it just doesn't work.

And they try to do things that take a year.
