The focus is that AI can acquire human data.
Okay, how you're acting, how you're reacting.
So we have a a game, a behavior gamification app called Team Play, right?
So it's teamplay.com.
Work.
And so this work gamification gets real-time data based on behaviors.
The idea is not to gamify objectives because objectives take too long.
And by the time if you don't reach the objectives, you haven't got any feedback on how to achieve them, right?
But if you reverse engineer objectives into behaviors, then you can get feedback that'll actually help you to reach the objectives and you can create
Create opportunities for everybody to essentially win even lower performers, okay?
Which of course re-motivates them to basically be better performers.
So, what happens now is that all of this data, whether it's your brain clarity, getting process, get perception gaps of how you see things compared to how other people see things, all of the, you know, and of course, behavior instant gaps.
Behavior gamification, um, which takes you 14 seconds to give you a uh takes 14 seconds to give a data point.
Okay.
AI can take all of this information and combine, you know, and and understand with our predictable psychology models, it'll predict how you are with this team member, how these uh what kind of a a group will be better suited to achieve.
This objective?
What kind of a team do you need to work with?
Or, you know, who do you need to put into the team, or who do you need to take out of the team?
All of this stuff can be done by AI if you give it the human data of what people are doing, how people are acting and reacting, and what they're learning, what they're developing, you know, giving it access to people's emails.
So that it can understand how, you know, their tones and everything.
