Like I'm turning 40 in a month and here I am literally, old dog new tricks, learning how to paddle and I can do it.
And I'm like it's been revitalising and I'm so happy.
And I've, you know, got to work with my husband for the very first time on the same actual station, which we've never done in our whole careers.
We've always worked in the same building but on different brands.
And he's obviously the best boss I've ever had.
And we're a good little team.
So absolute heaven.
The world is demanding too much of us, all of us.
We're getting too much information.
Because we have such an access to information, not all that good, we're constantly second guessing ourselves and wondering whether the decisions we've made are the right ones or whether we have a disease or some sort of like whatever, whether we're feeding our children the right things, whether we're in the right jobs.
It's just too much.
Yeah.
And it's very hard to tell someone you just need to simplify things.
Like I work with people in their early 20s who feel overwhelmed and stressed by the need to make content all the time.
Yeah.
And I'm like, ugh.
Whereas when I was in my 20s, the focus was, well, how do I enjoy my life?
Which I think is what your 20s are for.
But because we have this society of like β
showing off and like high curation.
