have the baby and then go, okay, I've got six months and I'm going to need to be ready to work again.
So I literally was like, I'll, I'll end my show and my radio contract and I'll have this baby and then I'll see what happens.
So it was a love letter to radio, my favourite thing in the world.
And it was like a way for me to feel like the creativity, which still so much existed in me had somewhere to go.
Otherwise I would have gone crazy.
So yeah, I did like a,
a podcast about being a new mother.
And I wrote this book.
And luckily for me, I had a very easy child.
So if anyone is listening and they are in the depths of their own postpartum experience or they're remembering their postpartum experience and thinking I could never have done that, I got very lucky with a very easy baby.
And I have many close friends who opening the door and breathing fresh air was a huge achievement for their day.

Me and Adrian are so that couple and those people.
Both of us have always had careers in radio, which means we've moved a lot.
So his first job, I think, was in like regional WA and then Adelaide and then Brisbane and then Melbourne and then Sydney for me and then back to Melbourne and New Zealand.
Like moving is not a thing for us.
We are so solid as well, the two of us, that it really is for us, well, home is where we are.
However, I will say...
We probably didn't realise how much of a support system we needed with a three-, four-, five-year-old child.
