Because I've done something wrong and I'm about to get fired.
It could be just something like, oh, she just wants to find out how I'm going with my project at the moment.
Another one could be she's probably just checking if I'm available for a certain project that I need to do at a certain time or checking my availability.
I love this exercise because even when you were getting me to think about potential other scenarios earlier,
It was like this moment when my brain was confused.
I was like, what do you mean?
What do you mean there's other scenarios that aren't bad?
Because it's just like you just hone in on the worst case scenario because that's how you best prepare, right?
So it was interesting, even me thinking of those scenarios, I was like,
Oh, I felt lighter in a way of, oh, I actually did feel I stepped back a bit and I'm like, oh, wow.
Okay.
Yeah.
There could be so many other options, but I like that you give only two because sometimes I think if you're an overthinker like me, you can come up with a scroll and then you're just paralyzed still in thoughts.
