What I really love about assertive communication is that, you know, you're building that muscle of what it looks like to have a healthy relationship, you know, and
fostering that, but also having a healthy relationship with yourself.
Because when you did take something personally, that was data telling you, hey, there's something we need to address here for you and your value, but also your value within that dynamic.
So yeah, there's a lot we can learn from that.
Yeah.
And I think a lot of the time it's like in the lead up of having those conversations, it can be really scary.
So like normalizing that because.
you know, you kind of have to confront a pattern that's kind of keeping you stuck.
But once you get through the other side, you have that conversation, you feel a lot lighter.
That's true.
OK, I loved how relatable this conversation was, and I hope you feel less alone and more equipped next time you do take something personally.
