So I figured I'd try it again a couple of times.
And after about my fifth event, that's when Chef Roman had asked if I could come on as full time.
He needed the extra help.
And I just kind of created the position that I have.
So that was nine years ago.

So.
okay so quite some time and then you kind of oversee everything yep so i'm currently the general manager right now so i oversee operations here you know watch over i do all the wedding planning with the clients i sit down with them basically from the very beginning from when they come in for their tasting to like all the way till the very end
I'm typically not at events now that we have like our main staff put in place.
So they'll be assigned a head chef, a lead server, and then they'll have a full staff there to help out with the events.
And that's what their specialty is.
Yeah, so I mean, it's just it's more about the experience.
You know, we like to think of us as a little bit more unique, both with food and just just their experience.
Right.
So clients want someone that they could trust.
They want somebody that they just feel is confident in what they do and that it's not just another simple transaction of, you know, here I'm hiring you to do this job.
You know, they want to feel like important.
And we're able to do that because we choose to stay smaller as a company and
And the demand is so high for us right now, we could triple in size if we choose to.
