So.
Yeah, so we do it a little bit different.
So all of our tastings are all in private.
So they take between an hour to an hour and a half where we have the clients.
They'll pick a date in our calendar that works for them.
They'll book their tasting.
They'll come in.
They spend about the first half an hour eating the food.
And then I spend the next hour sitting down with them and just going over details.
I then sit down and just ask, you know, bride and groom all the questions that they don't even think to ask, you know, and just kind of make them feel confident and just like, you know, it gets them thinking.
It gets the thought process.
A lot of times when I meet with them, like they've hired their venue, they're trying to buckle in on all their, you know, other vendors, caterer, DJ, stuff like that.
But then they haven't really done a lot of like, what does my big day look like?
Although we're just catering, we are still like a full, you know, all hands on.
So like I help them create a timeline right from the beginning.
So I create a timeline so that way when I send over their contract, they could see, you know, what their day is going to look like.
They could change it as much as they want.
Once they get a wedding coordinator, like they can move it, but it just helps them having that visual and just being like, OK, I can now see this big picture kind of coming to life.
