All right, the man you just heard speaking was Tom Hetrick. And his sister, Peggy Hetrick, was murdered in Fort Collins, Colorado, back in 1987. And the thing is, there is still plenty that can be done to solve this case. The problem is the people who are in charge right now, who have the case, aren't doing what needs to be done to solve it.
