Oh, Belmont.

I almost went with Belmont, a Japanese brand.

Those chairs were so nice, so comfortable.

Honestly, I don't really remember why I didn't go with Belmont.

I think it's just because if you go on Facebook and you read lots of like reviews of Belmont,

of, you know, tried and true chairs, ADEC just seemed to keep popping up.

So when we would have the tech from Patterson come in, we would have to make sure that entire day is free.

And sometimes they take multiple days.

So your chair is basically out of commission, which is, you know, that is not good for profitability.

I think that you really need to put yourself in the patient perspective.

And like, what is the patient going to value in terms of, is it comfort?

Because what...

dentists tend to geek out over isn't necessarily what the patient even notices, right?

So for me, I really loved the modern aesthetic of the Serona chair, not even considering for a moment, like, wait a minute, I do very long procedures.

Is this going to be comfortable for the patient?

And the patients hate that damn chair.

They sit in it for like, if the procedure is, sorry, Serona, if...
