And so when you think about it in a, in break it down into a monthly cost, um,
you realize that's maybe a lot more than I actually want to spend.
Once you have your overall amount, then you're going to break it down into gifts, travel, you know, decorations, any events, meals, like whatever you are going to plan on spending money on, how much for each category, right?

And then I want you to prioritize what aligns the most with what is important for you in this season.
And then start to cut out anything that doesn't quite fit into those priorities and your budget.
Because you probably can't say yes to everything, right?
Especially if it's been a tough year, which it has for many, many people.
So I want you to focus on what is important and cut out the rest, right?
Set some boundaries, communicate early.
Now is the time to start having those conversations with your family about what Christmas is going to look like this year.
You know, it can be as simple as we're simplifying this year.
You could draw names, draw numbers, do white elephant gifts.
You're not buying gifts for everybody.
Like there's lots of ideas and different things that people do to save money.
So they're not buying gifts for everybody.
And I want you to skip the buy now, pay later trap.
So that is debt.
So even though it's 0% interest, do you really want to be paying on Christmas for the next six months to a year?
Like that's still adding to your debt, right?
