Um, so I'm not doing therapy with clients per se, but you know, helping to either connect her resources or offering, you know, maybe coaching or strategy like sessions around how can they get unstuck.
Uh, you know, so if there's a problem that they're having.
Uh, if they're stuck on something, then how can we
Uh, how can we get you unstuck?
Like what do we need to do?
Um, how do we, you know, talk about this right in a way where you feel like you can leave with having a little bit more clarity around direction or how to solve this problem?
So, you know, it's a role that uh is very very, very, very, very new, um, just in the sense that
Um I know
Less than like three, two people that might be doing a similar type of role or a version of it.
So it's very new and exciting.
And, you know, within the financial industry, there is a growing interest around financial psychology, around offering from a client service standpoint, you know, different types.
touch points that help um, you know, clients, you know, feel heard, understood, but also create value um in that advisor client relationship.
And so this role is really kind of designed to support that and to bring more value there to the clients.
Um, so long winded kind of answer there to what I'm doing to go back and answer, um,
the second part of that what got me interested when I was doing heavy clinical work, um twenty eighteen.
