I guess yeah, it it was.
It was talked about from very early on.
Um, that that was the expectation that for both my brother and I, I'm the oldest.
Um, I just have one brother.
Uh and yeah, it was expected.
Both of us, we would go we would go off to college and have a career.
career um you know and pursue those ventures.
Uh you know, my brother and I um
I left in different ways.
Very intelligent and did very well in school.
Um
You know, and so the expectation there was, you know, making good grades, like doing your best, like a lot of like a lot of parents, but the higher education piece, you know, really was somewhat of a response, I think, from my parents, each of their own their own experiences from their own families of origin and the messages that they received.
It was like a hey, we want you to be successful, we want you to have opportunities, and the way to do that is through a college education.
Yeah, so my brother, he's so book he's so book smart.
Um, and like naturally um
things uh you know uh he would probably say differently if you were listening to this right now and roll and roll his eyes.
Um but it see like naturally things I think came easy to him.
He did not have to, and he would agree, he did not have to study or put in like the effort to study as much in high s in high school.
I made equal
you know, grades made just as great, you know, honors and AP class like all of those things.
