I love to eat.

When I was growing up in India, I had always presumed that I would marry a prince and I would be some princess in some palace and I'd have lots of cooks and be spoiled.

It wasn't something that excited me.

It's not really something I wanted to do, but I kind of presumed.

So I didn't know how to cook because girls didn't cook really.

I mean, in our family, because especially my house, because my mother had a catering business.

So we had more cooks than everybody else.

So, you know, it was mad.

Our house was like constantly full of food.

So, I mean, the thing is that there is, I always find it challenging when people think India as like a kind of a homogeneous.

And it's never like that.

And there are huge differences from the north to the south.

But also, our food wise, you know, there's wheat growing areas where people have roti.

There are rice growing areas.

Wheat can grow in drier soil.

And for rice, you need a lot of water.

Rice grows in water.
