Also, the fact that they think a country the size of India has something called Indian cuisine.

Let an Indian try and say there's a European cuisine or that I'm in America, there's an American cuisine, you know, putting the North and South America together.

We are not that.

But the problem is they take away from us our layering, our identity, our accent, the fabric that we wear, the thing that makes us different.

By literally making our, by painting us all in one corner in the same shade, it's easier for them to deal with us.

Curry is a problematic word.

And, you know, I recently did a show where it was Secrets of the Curry Kitchen.

And I was like, I don't want the word curry.

But they were saying that people will not understand that it's about Indian food.

And eventually I gave in.

I said, fine, you know, I'd rather people understood.

And the first thing I said, the moment the camera comes on, I'm going to say, there is no word like curry.

So literally every episode I said, there is nothing called curry.

It's absolutely wrong.

Okay.

It's like, you know, I like spaghetti pasta and I love, it's a generic word that is added on.
