And there are things that, you know, like in, you know, random things like, you know, you will say, you know, zeera aloo.

Zeera is cumin, aloo is potato.

Okay.

So sometimes you might call something by the combination of things that are in there.

If you don't have a name because it's such an ordinary everyday dish.

But no, we have names for everything.

So we do have a lot of that as well.

We have simple words that we combine because they talk about the two main ingredients.

But I think that this is again to do with the fact that they have not

I say this to a lot of people.

I say, I will not let you eat my food unless you sit down and understand who I am.

My music, my poetry, the rhythm.

You cannot take away my fabric, my culture, my music, my architecture, my everything.

Yeah.

And then dismiss me.

I won't let you have my food then.

Because you cannot appropriate my culture by dumbing down my food and taking the easiest thing for you is to accept my food.

You cannot have my food unless you have me.
