That's how broken we are.

That women see themselves as chefs first and women, fine, you can see yourself as, you know,

queen of, you know, whatever.

You can imagine yourself to be whatever you want.

But I also see you as a female.

I see you as a female leader.

There's a woman in your team who might be getting bullied.

Your silence tells her, shh, keep quiet.

Because to progress, you stay silent.

You follow, conform to the system.

I could not breathe.

I could not live if I had to stay silent and allow abuse in front of me.

For my success, my success would hurt me more than anything else.

And I don't understand.

I guess it's a personality thing, but I do not understand how they are still silent.

Nobody else is speaking up.

I am one of the only females who's speaking up in the industry.
