And that gave around, I mean around 2.4 degree uh of deviation across um even what's reported.
So
the experimental noise, uh I would say, from using different buffers, different techniques, different people, uh is around two, three degrees.
So we're not that far from that.
Um and plus this noise is um
Yeah, it's due to experimental uh const differences, but also
How you define thermostability.
What's thermostability?
So in the paper we define it as the melting temperature, the apparent one when you fit a two-state model of folded and folded, uh, and the temperature at which the population is equal for folded and folded, this is a melting temperature.
Um and some people have been looking at this melting curve as I um mentioned earlier, and then been looking at the
Uh derivative point, which could you can see this transition.
But it's actually not um equivalent to the melting temperature as it's defined thermodynamically.
And plus, as I said in my paper, there's some bias in in if you use the ratio of fluorescences because we look at two different uh wavelengths, or if you look at the individual wavelength curves.
Um and this person gave rise to a three-degree shift just on how you even
defined measure temperature.
So we're not that far away from
even what's multi temperature.
Um and then this um to answer your question, it's is it useful?
Is it sensitive enough to be useful in an anabody design pipeline?
Um yes, so how we can use such um uh a tool um we try to show a little proof of concept in the paper.
