So far the reactions have been much less alarmed than last time.
The reactions from people who sort of reacted to Casey means the first time around, including past surgeons general, those responses have been essentially like, this is a qualified nominee with an active medical license.
Folks have been worn down so hard.

There is one thing that may become an issue in her hearings.
She has a supplement brand called DropRx.
It's called DropRx because it is herbal tinctures, like liquid tinctures in eyedropper bottles.
In true supplement biz form, their supplements are named things like Boost, Relief,
Allure, sleep and intimacy.
So there are two problems here.
One is Dr. Sapphire works for the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, which has a clear policy that bans employees from, quote, endorsement of products or commercial ventures.
It's also suspect as hell for a surgeon general.
So she would likely need to divest.
Right.
As with Casey Means and Levels.
Problem number two is that their supplements include kava, which the USDA and FDA warn is associated with significant liver damage and which is regulated differently in different states.
