So my question is probably a little bit different than maybe what you're used to, but I'm going to see anyway.
I am only 5'4".
I sit at a desk all day and obviously I don't have like as much testosterone or muscle as like everyone else does.
So
The challenge that I always have is you can only eat so much or so little, depending on how you look at it.
And then the more you eat, the easier it is to work out and feel like you're being productive and actually able to push yourself doing anything.
But then obviously that's sort of counterproductive in a sense.
You gain muscle and you gain fat.
So that's always kind of my predicament.
So I don't know if...
the answer is like, I need to probably be tracking macros or like if I'm missing, you know, like it seems like there's only so much you can do, um, as far as benefiting from like the nutrition side and, you know, like the conditioning or working out at the same time.
Okay.
So almost like a hybrid, not like full on macros, but like a little bit more.
There's a reason that I haven't done.
