A lot of our big enterprise companies want contracts or MSAs that we're happy to go through, but it's really just like Uber, right?
You download it from the app store, accept the terms and conditions, which just says, I'm gonna pay for the officer if they show up, and you're good to go.
So that business is gonna download it, create a new event.
They're gonna say, I need three officers on Friday at my restaurant.
We're doing a grand opening from six to midnight.
They're going to jump it in the app.
Based on that location, we're going to route that job to local officers or a local coordinator who's going to review the detail, approve it, and we're going to send out a couple hundred, a couple thousand push notifications to local officers who claim the job first come, first serve.
When they arrive on site, they clock in on the app, they clock out on the app, they submit any incident reports in their time cards.
And as soon as that time card gets approved, we're sending that financial payment directly to the officer.
So officers don't have to wait to get paid anymore.
They don't have to write their own invoices at home, send them into the business, stand in line at the petty cash customer service line, a big retailer with an invoice, try and get paid.
We're paying the officers within three business days of every shift.
And then we handle the billing to the customer.
Yeah, so most officers across the country are going to be 1099 from us.
There's specific states where they have to be W-2.
California is an example because of the gig worker laws.
But the benefit to the officer, I mean, an additional benefit to the officer in working for us is right now, if you're working for 10, 15 different businesses throughout the year, getting all those 1099s, if all of those businesses are on the platform, you're just getting one 1099 at the end of the year from us instead of one from Walmart, one from Target, one from Safeway, one from Chase Bank, et cetera.
Yeah, yeah.
These are my favorite questions.
So we utilize local coordinators, right?
