So the way that our app works is if you're a business, say you're a national retailer,

I mean, my team in Dallas, I'm not gonna presume to know all of the local customs for every municipality in Jersey versus everyone in Illinois, Florida, California, right?

I mean, we're a nationwide platform and we're not trying to specialize.

So what we do is we identify a local coordinator, right?

We have a network right now of coordinators who are typically

You know, sergeant, captain, lieutenant at a department, someone who right now is running a book of business, right?

I mean, as you know, most of these off-duty jobs across the country is you have to know a guy, right?

You know the guy who has the relationship with the business.

He's brokering his kind of 10 buddies on Friday or Saturday through the group me, the WhatsApp, through the text.

And that's how they're running it.

So what we do is we actually bring those coordinators onto our platform where they're now administrative users.

So if a business puts in a job, we actually route that job.

Instead of it coming to our centralized team, we route that job to the coordinator who's actually setting the officer pay rate and the bill rate to the customer.

So that's how we make money.

We don't take any money from the officer.

So the officer is going to make 100% of what they're making.

They're going to make that.

We just charge a premium to the customer, really the same model that any security company would use, right?

For your standard security guard, they're going to pay the security guard minimum wage and they're going to bill probably 25, 30 bucks an hour and they're just going to keep the delta.

We're doing the same thing.
