Like I think they got up a little bit.
They started running a little more meat and potatoes of of the this philosophy and this scheme and everything.
But I think I think they still have a lot of things left in that playbook that they can kind of unveil as the season progresses.
I thought I I saw something too the very first defense, the very first play of the game where you had Josh Heinz out on the right side and you had Trayvon on the on the left side.
And if you watch, uh Josh Heinz down was almost he was it wasn't a four point stance, but he was like head up on the tight end, getting ready to stop the run, it looked like a little bit.
And to me, that shows, and this is a new wrinkle, I feel like, of this defense this year.
Last year, I felt like they had a strength.
Strong side and they had a weak side, right?
You had Trayvon Walker playing that strong side, Josh Hyans Allen playing the weak side.
Now it seems like they've shifted a little more towards matchups because they're confident that Josh Hyans Allen can do the exact same dirty work that Trayvon Walker did last year in terms of stopping the run and kind of playing with that, you know, two hands in the ground and playing run first and then transitioning into your pass rush.
And if you can do that, now there's no strong side, weak side.
There's the left and there's the right.
And when you can when you can just set it and say, Okay, they're going to go in motion, Josh, move over, get in the four point stance or oh, Trayvon, your time.
Like that means everything because Trayvon Walker, yes, the the this quarterback sack numbers were low last year, and yes, maybe like uh the stats didn't pop off the page, but he was doing all the dirty work.
You see what happens when he gets on the edge and that can actually pin his ears back a little bit, he was causing chaos.
So I expect that going forward now too, as well, where sometimes
Sometimes Josh will be playing that four eye or stopping the run and sometimes it'll be Trayvon.
Yeah, to me that there's a couple of questions with with the Broncos right now.
Obviously you think the defense is gonna be still pretty stout and be pretty solid.
But on offense, you know, like Peyton loves to run the football and and he's been hellbent on getting a hundred yard rusher game in and game out.
