And that's what you want to see because – and I spoke of this before a little bit.
It doesn't matter if you're trying to be a hard ass in terms of an old school type of coach, if you're trying to be a player's coach.
If you're genuine of who you are, players –
That's all they want.
Players want guys who are genuine.
And that's what you get with Liam Cohen.
And I think the fact that he also sticks up for his players is another great thing.
I remember one of the best coaches I ever played for, his name was Clint Hurt.
He was an assistant in Chicago.
And one of my favorite coaches ever because I just felt like he had my back.
I get in a fight with Kyle Long in a walkthrough.
I throw a fit.
I throw my helmet across the field.
Mark Trestman throws me out of the practice.
Coach Hurt chews me out.
But then after he comes to the locker room and everything, he sits down and he's like, hey, Austin, I owe you an apology.
I watched the film, and man to man, Kyle should have did what he did.
And some things are greater than football.
Some things revolve around being a man and your manlyhood.
And he said your manlyhood was questioned.
