Yeah, well it look it it's it this has been in the shadows in the GA for for for for the last you know decade or so and it's moving closer to it and I don't think anyone internally wants that.

But I do feel and if you talk to any GA player out there in terms of the cost on the body, the cost on the mind, the cost on career, you know, that you s the sacrifices you make and you often walk away from it.

Uh, you know, in a deficit, yes, you may have an elevated profile and so on, but

Um you often out of the yeah.

No, yeah, uh that is for sure.

So I think there is there is definitely a way to go on this, but um

first of all I think action and t and to really take it on.

And I know they are in c collaboration with the AFL in terms of

You know, even having some remittance coming back to the clubs that developed them and so on or or or something like that they could feed back into grassroots.

I'm only thinking for a club, you know, that, you know, if if a player did develop through their system and he went, that, you know, was there something coming back from the club that they could actually then invest and get another games development promotional officer within the club that they'd be able to pay for 'em to develop more?

So I just think it's it's very one sided at the moment.

So what

You well, I I I think there is definitely something there in terms of because I know even in the AFL, I think at the moment if a if if if a player comes through, you know, the smaller club system within the AFL and they want to make it really big, there's there's something is drip fed back down to to to as a not as a c well as a credulity to the club, but certainly to to to to recognize.

At the moment there's nothing so

And there's a further point in this, and I I was reflecting on this during the week when this is all coming to head.

And I think it's a bigger point that, you know, it's aching to the brain drain when you have, look, I'm from the West of Ireland and you have all, you know, the academic talent will move to the East or whatever to get jobs.

But in terms of we are losing our brightest and best athletes, but these aren't just athletes per se.

It's not the the football player you're losing.
